Conduct weekly staff meetings to inform all departments how they can help fulfill the needs of upcoming groups and schedule front desk staff to assist guests during their stay. Strive to be the friendly and helpful voice on the phone and in person for all who call or visit the facility. Maintain database of donations made to the facility for tax purposes and to track giving. Create newsletters, promotional brochures and flyers for fundraising, rate specials and upcoming events at the facility.
