I am a certified FEMA trained member of the Chesterfield County Animal Response Team (CCART) as well as the national non-profit disaster relief organization, Noah’s Wish. These groups were established to ensure the well-being of animals in times of disaster or other extenuating circumstances which may require specialized or large scale animal response. Composed letters accepting or dismissing formal complaints; addressing compliance of settlement agreements; and, breach of settlement agreements. • Develop and conduct presentations to counselors of the servicing Civil Rights Offices within DOT as part of the Washington Regional Director's presentation team. • Train and monitor new investigators in all aspects of the investigative process. • Mediated complaints of discrimination for resolution. • Authored the data entry section for the complaint tracking systems of the Investigator Procedures Manual (IPM) to reflect each stage of the process from the beginning (Counseling Stage) to the end (FAD or EEOC decision).
