I have been recognized as the #1 Adecco Account Executive in North America three times. I was the company’s first Account Executive to achieve both $1 million and $2 million in monthly sales revenue. After joining the company as a Recruiter in 1995, I was quickly promoted through the roles of Operations Manager and Branch Manager to become Senior Branch Manager responsible for multiple branches and on-site programs throughout West Michigan.During this time, I developed extensive operational expertise and became very skilled at managing all aspects of the customer experience. My responsibilities included the entire process from sales to delivery, including the management of internal staff and facilities. My success was measured in terms of both the customer’s success and the profitability of the branches I managed. My attention to detail, dedication to customer relationships, and branch management skills enabled me and the people I employed to deliver meaningful success for up to 50 active customers and 5 on-site programs ranging from $2M to $25M each. For example:○ My experience serving multiple lines of business enabled me to successfully deliver a $25M Managed Staffing Program for a client with 3 on-site locations. This high-volume account required me to frequently and adeptly resolve billing and service issues.
