• Responsible for developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for the use of the ERP software, CMMS, supply chain management, invoice review and processing, and call management across all TM/ENTECH operating site in an effort to achieve ISO 13485 certification. • Partners with operational/ information technology/ healthcare technology management groups to coordinate, consult, and implement process improvements that optimizes and standardizes HTM workflows. • Provides leadership and participation in HTM weekly meetings guiding interdepartmental communication to identify issues, failure trends, and ensure responsiveness to the continuous changes in the organization.• Servers as a subject matter export and resource for department applications such as ERP (Lawson DocuWare), CMMS (AIMS), Data modeling and analysis (Tableau, Excel), department billing, invoicing, and call management.• Fosters effective relationships across a multitude of stakeholders both internally and externally. Utilizing opportunities to build and reinforce relationships that support the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
