Change Control Analyst
Current• Liaison with IT and the business regarding implementations, system enhancements, and upgrades• Communicate needs, update leadership with progress on open requests and work with the management team to coordinate resource needs for design, testing, and implementation support• Use project management skills to ensure work streams are identified and prioritized, timelines met and provide status updates• Application maintenance, troubleshooting in person and on-call support including answering user questions on system functionality, corrections for production problems, recommendations for improvement, data correction, one-time corrective action and coordination with other IT Support groups for problem resolution• Identify process efficiencies, recommend new uses of software functionality, design and implement solutions and train end-users
