Change Control Analyst
Current- Liaison with IT and the business regarding implementations, system enhancements, and upgrades
- Communicate needs, update leadership with progress on open requests and work with the management team to coordinate resource needs for design, testing, and implementation support
- Use project management skills to ensure work streams are identified and prioritized, timelines met and provide status updates
- Application maintenance, troubleshooting in person and on-call support including answering user questions on system functionality, corrections for production problems, recommendations for improvement, data correction.
- Identify process efficiencies, recommend new uses of software functionality, design and implement solutions and train end-users
