As a dedicated and experienced professional, exceling in the role of Resource Center Supervisor. My background combines robust educational credentials with extensive hands-on experience in youth development, program management, and community outreach, ensuring the provision of effective and impactful services to teens and young adults.I Provide oversight and service to clients through the Foster Youth Liaison Project (FYLP) and the Orangewood Resource Center (ORC). The Foster Youth Liaison Project (FYLP) is a City of Santa Ana/WIA contact, which funds OCF to provide case management and support for a select group of older foster youth to assist them with career development. The Orangewood Resource Center (ORC) offers a drop-in center for foster youth with staff/case managers and resources to help them with a multitude of needs.I am a detail-oriented, resourceful, and dedicated professional with 25 years of successful experience. Proficient in communicating orally and in writing. Skilled in organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Extensive experience working with individuals of various backgrounds, ages and statuses. Proven interpersonal skills and fast learner. Adept at assessing situations while minimizing and managing risks in multiple environments. In my current role I direct all aspects of programs and services.
