Hello!I am currently an intern with Mercer as a Data Analysis and Product Analytics while also working part time as a Library Assistant at Loudoun County Government. In my everyday life I leverage my data analysis and management skills to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the current positions. I have two years of experience in creating data reports, increasing membership and usage, and resolving customer issues, using tools such as Excel, Tableau, SAS, and SQL. I also served as a certified Notary and organize and execute programs in collaboration with different departments.I am passionate about pursuing a career in data analytics, where I can use data to improve the performance and outcomes of organizations. I have a Master's degree in Information Technology and I am currently enrolled in a Data Analytics for Google certification course to further develop my knowledge and skills in this domain. I have a proven track record in stakeholder collaboration, creating forecasting models, group project, and independent problem-solving. I am seeking a role as a data analyst, data scientist, or business analyst with a progressive organization that values data-driven decision making and innovation. In my free time, I enjoy visiting museums, hiking, snow tubing, and pet sitting.
