Duties Include:• Involved in hiring and termination process of staff members• Manage the IT needs of up to12 offices and 125 workstations• Support of Windows 2003 – 2008 Servers and Windows XP/7 workstations• Configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange Server 2003• Support and configuration of Cisco 881w and 1800 series routers• Maintenance of remote and onsite backups• Support of RDP using terminal services• Troubleshooting and wiring of Ethernet and phones• Ordering and troubleshooting of hardware and software• Following and understanding of HIPPA guidelines and created a computer use SOP based on these guidelines• Setup and maintain means for video conferencing
