The DS&S is responsible for coordinating and directing the Account Executives (sales team), and teaming with others to develop and implement a marketing and sales strategy that will effectively grow the business. This person is also responsible for Service Delivery - Coordinating the Instruction and Support departments to ensure proper service delivery, and thus maintain ProMark's 100% Customer Satisfaction rating.
