1st September 2023 marked a new era for The Boys' Brigade in Northern Ireland with the formation of The Northern Ireland Boys' Brigade.My role is Chief Officer which involves leading the organisation and staff team, based in Northern Ireland and managing the charity as we equip over 2,400 volunteer leaders who work with over 11,500 children and young people every week.

I am a member of the CCNI Stakeholder Forum which aims to support and improve two-way communications between the charity regulator and the sector.www.charitycommissionni.org.uk/charity-essentials/stakeholder-forum/

Prior to the formation of The Northern Ireland Boys' Brigade (BBNI), I was the Director (NI) for Boys' Brigade in Northern Ireland, part of The Boys' Brigade UK & RoI.

I was pleased to serve on the Board of The Genesis Network, which is a movement of business people, professionals and marketplace leaders seeking to wholeheartedly live their life with Christ as their Lord.

Business Beats Cancer Belfast is a group of committed business leaders from a range of professions, focused on raising vital funds for Cancer Research UK. Pinsent Masons merged with McGrigors (formerly L'Estrange & Brett) in May 2012. My role through both mergers included the rebranding of the firm in NI and the ongoing development and execution of a marketing strategy in NI which raised the profile of the firm.
