Servicing Youth with disabilities and challenging behaviors. We provide 24 hr. care to our residents in a residential group home setting.

Assist families with relocating to Section 8 or Public Housing properties; Maintain a caseload of 158 families; Conduct home visits; Maintain monthly contact; Provide referrals for substance abuse, anger management, family counseling, job skills, school readiness, dress for success, food assistance etc...House Inspections, In home services for mandatory classes needed, appointment cards, input all notes, assist families with appeals and advocate etc...
