Establish department priorities and organize work flow for all staff to ensure timely delivery of Value Added Proposals to thrity two sales divisions nationwide. Develop, enhance, and implement department processess and procedures. Set and review standards of performance for staff and supplier base. Review and approve RFQ's, define pricing strategies, and negotiate contract modifications while communicating with all levels of staff and executive management both internally and externally.
