Acting as a CRM evangelist and technical expert, I am the senior CRM analyst and am responsible for leading CRM adoption throughout the RCP, supporting RCP staff in their daily work and in the long term development of the CRM - including a major upgrade to Dynamics 365.

Membership Communications ManagerDue to my extensive knowledge of the EIC’s membership and services, I was best placed to run a development project which replaced all our internal systems. I was the project lead in a 4-phased implementation where we replaced the CRM system, developed a new website and introduced new functions such as online event booking and a self-service portal.• Acting as the EIC 'specialist' and liaising with all third party suppliers to ensure the development was fit for purpose.• Co-ordinating all aspects of training and in most cases, carry out training.• Providing support to all staff during the change process and to act as the system expert in all areas; including membership, accounting, exhibitions, events, event bookings, news and e-marketing.• Responsibility of the overall running of the infrastructure in place. Including: CRM system, event management system, website, self-service portal, social media and e-marketing.• Membership Co-ordination Membership Co-OrdinatorI joined the EIC as membership co-ordinator where I worked with the membership team to assist recruitment and retention of member companies.• Processing membership enquires, assessing eligibility for membership and send out relevant information via phone and e-mail.• Processing new memberships; liaising with the new member company to ensure they are fully engaged, administering invoices and connecting them to the relevant services.• Running the TLC programme; making contact with all members to ensure they are fully engaged with the services and preventing resignations from membership.• Controlling the resignation list; dealing with members who want to leave membership and to ensure the membership team, and the rest of the organisation, are fully aware of what companies are on the list so we have a joined up approach.• Provide statistics and analysis on membership figures• Involvement on new development/enhancement projects of the flagship services.
