NAPA Center provides traditional and intensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to children with a variety of developmental and neuromuscular diagnoses. Integration of various therapeutic modalities and participation in NAPA Intensive Therapy Programs are at the core of NAPA Center's success.Serves as Occupational Therapist and Director of Rehabilitation with responsibilities including direct patient treatment and management responsibilities. Ensures an innovative, evidenced-based, compliant and dynamic workplace by acting as liaison between administrative and therapy staff, providing therapy staff training and mentoring, coordinating clinical fieldwork placements with universities nationwide, developing programs to meet growing clinic needs, and generating systems to provide compliance with local, state, federal and professional requirements.
