Ensures an innovative, evidenced-based, compliant and dynamic workplace by acting as liaison between administrative and therapy staff, providing therapy staff training and mentoring, coordinating clinical fieldwork placements with universities nationwide, developing programs to meet growing clinic needs, and generating systems to provide compliance with local, state, federal and professional requirements.
