Co-Founded Peace Day Philly in 2011. PDP became a non profit in 2013. It continues to be a volunteer-run organization. PDP became affiliated with the United Nations in 2018. PDP's purpose is to promote and collaborate on meaningful, broad-based participation in the U.N. International Day of Peace -- observed worldwide on September 21. Serve as a Representative to the United Nations' Department of Global Communications for Peace Day Philly. Drafted communications and social media materials for the Department related to the UN International Day of Peace.

Completed research tasks and facilitate a group of 3-5th grade girls as part of an NIMH funded research project related to "relational aggression" (non-physical bullying) among girls.

Performed a development needs assessment that included detailed interviews with physicians, nurses, administrators and social service staff to assess organizational strengths and weaknesses; prepared and presented detailed report of findings.

Social worker for a range or programs serving at risk children and families, families with DHS involvement, Southeast Asian refugees, Southeast Asian foster youth and adults with psychiatric diagnosis in a range of community, health and school based programs.
