I assist with the overall Procure to Pay process within Williams Scotsman. I am responsible for working with the internal customer community at each branch to ensure that purchase order creation, routing, receiving and payment steps are executed in a timely and proper fashion. Along with management strive for continuous improvement opportunities across branches.Monitors performance of the entire Procure-to-Pay process and addresses any issues with the responsible parties, such as timeliness to administer P.O., method and receipt of orders from vendors, and delivery and completion of order from the vendor.Maintain, manage and develop purchasing catalogs in the JDE procure to pay system including continually adding/changing catalogs, content and pricing.

Reviewed/approved purchase orders and invoices for fleet purchases.Reconciled quarterly fleet assets. Assisted with forklift purchases. Purchasing, Monitoring and Distributing Fleet Supplies Used in Fleet Marketing Endeavors. Met with Prospective Vendors, review the bids for Marketing Supply Business and negotiate pricing.
