I am responsible for auditing and managing records so that no clients are left vulnerable to whatever risks to their endeavors cross their paths. I am also responsible for hiring and training quality staff so that my clients can rest easy when working with our agents that their needs are being met and options are explained in an easy to understand, yet comprehensive manner.
