Planned and executed Summmeranza, a concert for 2000 of EF:s current students. This included source and contract all suppliers, venues, artists, journalists, coach companies etc. I conducted marketing plans, transportation plans, contingency plans, emergency plans and communications plans to ensure an epic concert for 2000 students and their 150 EF leaders During the second part of the summer I was a intrim Leader Support Manager, managing 150 of EF:s local Maltese leaders. This included supporting the leaders with training and information as well as administrative tasks such as salary payments, making schedules, leader allocations as well as making activity schedules for all incoming students.
