Lisa Feuer is a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator and a certified yoga teacher specializing in Prenatal Yoga.Lisa is passionate about helping future mothers have confidence in their bodies, to feel empowered to make informed decisions about their pregnancy and birth, and to help foster a feeling of connection between mothers and their babies, both before and after birth.She found her own personal birth experience transformative in such a positive way that it motivated her to become a prenatal yoga teacher and childbirth educator, with the hopes that she could help other mothers achieve their desired birth outcomes.On her path to becoming certified by Lamaze International, Lisa studied with Judith Lothian - who literally wrote the book on Lamaze, The Official Lamaze Guide: Giving Birth WIth Confidence, and is forever grateful for her guidance.Lisa has a 200 hour yoga teaching certification in the Vinyasa style from Om Yoga, and is a certified prenatal yoga teacher in the Ma Yoga style and the Janice Clarfield style.She lives in Portland, OR with her son, and is very excited to be working with other Portland area moms! Her son continues to be her greatest teacher and inspiration.In addition to prenatal yoga and childbirth education, Lisa is certified in and available to teach Vinyasa Yoga, Mommy & Baby Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Childrens’ Yoga.
