I provide high quality childcare, within a positive, safe and happy environment and ensure that OFSTED’s standards are met. I plan, provide and take part in play based activities that stimulate and support children’s intellectual, physical, social, emotional and language development. I implement and update policies and procedures in line with OFSTED guidance. I ensure the safe keeping of the children and provide refreshments, encouraging healthy eating and promoting a healthy lifestyle. I build positive, professional relationships with Parents/carers, schools, preschools and other childminders. I continually update and refresh my knowledge and keep abreast of current regulations by attending courses and conferences.I have successfully marketed my business by building a website and distributing publicity materials within the local area.

Managed the day to day running of the pre-school, co-ordinated the provision of a caring, safe, secure and stimulating environment, and ensured the Ofsted requirements were met. Planned a range of activities for children aged 2 – 4+ years, managed a staff team and worked with the management committee to ensure policies and procedures were implemented at all times.
