Account coordinator for 65+ idepot sites scheduling pick up requests of iGPS pallets for delivery to regional manufacturing plants based on sites’ scheduled shipments, requirements, and established carrier lanes. Exclusive account area includes West Coast, Pacific Northwest, Texas/Oklahoma, Upper Midwest, Kentucky/Tennessee, and Hawaii.*Dispatch pallets from site to manufacturer across client base within multi-state area of operation to maximize pallet utilization and associated costs. *Single contact for Safeway Corporation (Vons, Tom Thumb, Randall’s, Dominick’s, HEB Grocers) in scheduling, confirming, and following up on site needs. *Schedule daily low volume sites via phone and emails placed by assigned regional idepots. Manage weekly shipping schedule for 15-20 high volume sites based on trends, forecasting and load anticipation. *Liaison between idepot and 3PL Ryder Logistics coordinating with idepot sites on receipt of carrier updates on capacity, appointments, and paperwork.*Support idepot site on information updates for pickups and carriers, computer and IT, Paperwork and Bill of Lading issues via phone, emails and web conferencing.*Utilize Salesforce to manage log of idepot loads by site providing data used by field support staff, sales team and asset recovery. *Work with customer’s logistics team replacing depot issued loads with idepot loads insuring compliance with required delivery dates. Work with idepot coordinators, in overlapping regions, to maximize issue of idepot load scheduling though verbal, and email communication.

Provided support for an 800+ downsized client population Career Center, for a Fortune 500 client. Consulting staff included two Center Managers and 10 Career Consultants.
