In addition, formal communication for HART Management, Procurement, Contracts and Legal Departments to Contractors.

Providing Project Controls systems and processes for the City & County of Honolulu Environmental Services, Wastewater Program Management office. Specifically to track, monitor, report and document compliance progress to the Global Consent Decree executed between the City and EPA/DoH December 2010.

Providing IT Project Management for the City & County of Honolulu Environmental Services, Refuse Division, H-Power plant. Specifically to track, schedule, monitor, report and document construction progress for a $350 million expansion project, $50 million upgrade and daily operations.

Managed project to migrate 5,000+ page web site on time and on budget for a major health insurance carrier. Duties included resource allocation, project planning, risk mitigation, budget planning, documentation, development of training materials and hands-on training employees. Other projects included technical manual development and publication for a major airline, business process workflow implementation for a large agricultural company, and data storage and archive systems for several mid-sized organizations.
