Lead the creation of joint solution packages and managed sales channel development efforts with Sprint’s Strategic Alliance Partners, Northrop Grumman, IBM, Unisys and Alcatel-Lucent. Managed multiple RFP proposals for large enterprise and government opportunities and was ultimately responsible for annual joint sales of $17M. Consistently obtained over 100% quota attainment in 2005-2008 and was awarded “Top Contributor” in the department in February 2008. In addition, worked with Partner Alcatel-Lucent to successfully roll out a Broadband Security Solution that won the 2007 3G CDMA Industry Achievement Award for “Most Innovative Wireless Enterprise Solution”.

Managed a team of Account Managers responsible for selling special access circuits, ranging from DS-1 to Sonet OC-192 Rings for Long Distance and Wireless Carriers, totaling $120M annually. Primarily responsible for the account relationship and opportunity management with AT&T, T-Mobile, Alltel, US Cellular, and multiple smaller carriers. Supervised a team of lawyers and negotiators for the successful completion of interconnection agreements with over 200 Competitive Local Exchange Carriers. Developed standard templates, the formation of contract language and related company policy pertaining to the sale of wholesale services.

Started an upscale wine store from scratch, starting with creating a business case, obtaining funding, finishing out the interior, implementing point of sale systems, ordering inventory, developing marketing and handled the financial management. In its first year, the store brought in over $500K in sales.
