CurrentPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead the agile pivot at Fresenius Medical Care, encouraged buy-in from team members and key stakeholders, helped the company embrace agile as a culture shift to its fullest extent. - Collaborated with Agile Transformation leader to develop standards and requirements for the agile process. Built lasting relationships with leaders and stakeholders. - Provided training on agile mindset/principles, Scrum, and Kanban to teams and stakeholders.- Stood up three new Scrum Teams - facilitated team kick-off, training workshops, coaching, and SM/PO 1:1 coaching. Provided moderate to deep coaching for nine existing teams. - Implemented Agile Maturity Assessment and participated in roll out of metrics. - Drove publication of Agile Playbook. Partnered with other Coaches on development of Agile Coaching Office Newsletter, writing articles and handling layout for monthly publication.- Participated in development of standard Jira and Azure DevOps workflows. - Instilled agile mindset within the teams, meeting teams where they are, creating a safe space for experimentation, helping teams view challenges as opportunities for growth and change, while ensuring that team members embraced incremental continuous improvement. - Employed empathy to inspire team members and promoted personal growth. Helped teams navigate agile tools and software.- Coached teams on facilitating agile ceremonies, product owners on creation of user stories, and educated / coached managers on dealing with cultural shifts and applying an agile growth mindset. - Participated in Agile vendor selection process and trained procurement lead on agile ways of working with vendors. - Guided QA managers on development of their Test Automation plan. - Stood up and facilitated Scrum of Scrums, PO/PM Sync.- Worked with Power BI developers to design and implement an Executive Agile Metrics Dashboard.
