With over 25 years of experience in education, I am a curriculum, assessment, and professional learning specialist who is passionate about creating innovative and engaging learning experiences for students and educators. I currently work as a Customer Success Manager at NoRedInk, where I support schools in using the online writing platform to empower all students to become better writers and critical thinkers. In my previous roles, I led school districts in curriculum, instruction, and assessment, designing and implementing K-12 core curriculum and frameworks for professional growth. I have extensive experience in deconstructing learning standards, planning and delivering effective professional learning sessions, and leading district-wide initiatives and projects. I hold a Master of Education degree in Education Administration from Lamar University, and a bachelor's degree in History and English from Texas A&M University.
