The one question I am asked when meeting with a realtor, lender or prospective client for the first time is, "why would I work with you instead of XYZ title?" At first the question catches me off guard at first, but I come up with some half-witted canned answer, “We at EKKO Title service the business as if it was our friends and family and go above and beyond as a standard course of business. I answer my phone and email after hours and on weekends….” You get the picture. not unique or different from a competitor. So, why would a realtor, lender or prospective client, one I have never worked with, work with me and EKKO Title? I got my title insurance license in 2000, learned how to review contracts and title work, conduct a great settlement, ran a marketing team, mentor new marketing representatives. Rebranded the position as business development representative because that is what we were/are. Moved into branch management, ran a region, helped underperforming branch managers build their business.
