I have been in the meeting industry for 18+ years. In my eighteen years with Meetings and Incentives Worldwide, Inc. I have gained successful experience in several varieties of meetings including, employee sales incentives, vendor incentives, national sales meetings, leadership trainings, sales trainings, Investigator meetings, conference support meetings, employee appreciation events as well as association meetings and events. I have managed meetings in international destinations such as Paris, France; Rome, Italy; Cancun, Mexico; and San Juan, Puerto Rico. I moved into an important financial role, charged with streamlining internal processes to quicken client invoice turnaround and provide financial training for all employees. After my time learning more about the company's financial process, I transitioned into account management roles tasked with supporting one of our longstanding clients. More recently I moved back into our operations department, managing a team, leading process improvements, company efficiencies and onboarding new talent on our planning team. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Commercial Recreation from Illinois State University and earned the Certified Meeting Professional designation from the Convention Industry Council.
