Leading the Commercial and Strategy team at Quantium, I supported the global business to execute large commercial and strategic projects - including leading the Quantium sell-side team for the Woolworths acquisition. These projects helped Quantium continue their rapid growth and global expansion, strengthen the strategic intent behind decision making and bring clarity in communication.During my time at Quantium I also led teams across People & Culture - playing an integral role in designing their award-winning graduation program; running remuneration and benefits (no small task in a business filled with data scientists!); and leading the recruitment team.
