• Assist with establishing, reviewing, executing, and ensuring compliance with governmental regulatory requirements, policies, standards, and procedures related to processes for CSV and qualification of infrastructure components.• Assist with the implementation of a common System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).• Advise the project team on and be responsible for CSV strategy and documentation of product functionality across system releases.• Provide direction to assure that applications and infrastructure components possess the necessary level of testing, and required documentation to comply with applicable GxP regulations and client requirements/expectations. • Ensure compliance with Covance standard testing methodologies, procedures, and practices.• Prepare validation and test strategies for IT initiatives, and present to project teams.• Work with Project teams to identify test requirements and advise on the design of testing phases, as well as documentation of test plans & test case specifications to meet system needs.

• Manage all aspects of the Cornerstone On-Demand LMS including creating events, sessions, curricula, evaluations, and assessments; creating and delivering standard and custom email notifications, roster management; also creating and updating groups, courses, curricula, materials and learning assignments that included new assignment for updated system changes. • Consult with management and training SMEs to provide training support that included new hire updated assignments, checking for up to date training completions and support with enroll process for system access. Also, ensure system process standards are implemented and followed.• Compile and distribute training reports upon request to the organization.• Diligent to address any questions from management concerning training assignments. • Collaborate with members of Learning & Development team in the identification of new courses, sessions, curriculum and registrations to be created in the LMS• Assist with other Cornerstone modules as needed as well as follow SOPS.

• Responsibilities include invoice processing, and invoice payment tracking.• Work with submitting invoices that included checking the order fulfillment to be accurate and modify as needed.• Heavy expense report auditing.• Work with Ethics and compliance for New Sunshine Act Law. • Diligent auditing of check requests forms to conform to the Shine Act and Healthcare providers.• Process payments from appropriate funds and issuance of check documents for the purpose of making payments.• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills• Responds to customer/supplier inquiries regarding financial procedures for the purpose of providing information, direction and/or referral to address the inquiry of some discrepancies with the expense reports.• Managed vendor and supplier relations by processing payments in a timely manner of A/P, A/R making sure PO number and invoice number match and is ready for payment. Make follow up calls to verify information and when needed addressed escalated issues regarding vendor A/P was accurate and compliant creating cases for resolution.• HR SAP software used—P38 /HRIS
