I directed events like weddings, reunions, golf outings, and more. I helped with food management making sure there was enough food for the event and kept a close relationship with the kitchen staff which helped when there were unforeseen issues with the meals. I was in charge of overseeing set up and tear down making sure the rooms were up to standard before and after the event. I became familiar with TripleSeat, a program used to plan events. I helped digitize our menus into TripleSeat making billings an easier process. Some of my other duties included, customer service, inventory, food and beverage management, and helping ensure events ran as smooth as possible.
