Liz has owned and operated successful public relations/communications firms since 1989. She and Pam Boyd started Thomas/Boyd Communications in 1998. The woman-owned, state-designed, small business represents some of the most recognized and respected brands in the corporate and non-profit worlds. A strategist and problem-solver, Liz develops and leads strategic communications programs on behalf of her clients. Outside of work, Liz serves as vice chair of the board of Public Media NJ, Inc, a non-profit affiliate of The WNET Group which operates NJ PBS. Liz also serves on the board of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey and is a member of the executive committee. She is a member of The Salvation Army Camden Kroc Center Community Relations and Development Committee and chairs the Kroc Center's 10 Year Anniversary Committee. Liz recently received The Salvation Army's prestigious "Others" award for her volunteer work. Liz invests time and gains a great deal of personal satisfaction providing guidance to help organizations and individuals reach their goals and their greatest potential. Until a recent merger, Liz served as a member of the Liberty Bell Bank Advisory Board.
