Responsible for building and executing GTM plans for the B2B enterprise business, including sales marketing programs and related sales enablement assets, industry marketing programs for prioritized segments, webinars, client case studies, and our sponsorships and events. Partners with Sales and Client Experience teams to develop marketing programs that drive revenue growth and brand awareness among leaders of Learning & Development and People teams. Partners with the Product team to support go-to-market efforts for existing and new leadership development programs. Ensures that marketing strategy and tactics align with business and brand goals; executes innovative multi-channel account-based campaigns to drive sales pipeline and engage priority accounts.

Following Contino's acquisition from Cognizant, I was responsible for the strategy and tactics to help bring Cognizant's consulting expertise and the Cognizant brand to life for internal and external audiences. Directly supported the North America SVP of Consulting, and communications related to Cognizant Americas Consulting. Developed and executed communications strategies to influence both internal and external audiences, working across functions within Cognizant, particularly with the business units, thought leadership, and PR teams. Created messaging frameworks and content to communicate key narratives, including: talking points, speeches, scripts, internal memos, employee accolades, social media posts, contributed content/bylined articles for PR placement. Organized executive participation in external events, working in collaboration with broader global communications team and Cognizant stakeholders (e.g., influencer and industry events).

Led organization's thought leadership, awareness and communications efforts across all marketing activities through the creation of engaging content, such as one pagers, videos, case studies, and more. Manages our PR efforts and social media presence. Responsible for the creation of messaging and content of internal and external communications as well as client team support. Organizes expansion activities in the account via marketing activities to new segments. Oversees all marketing efforts for the recruiting and people teams.
