With over 10 years of nursing experience and a background in clinical program management, I am a project manager at Vital WorkLife, a company that provides well-being solutions for health care professionals. In this role, I apply my skills in user journey and experience, process improvement, and innovative leadership to deliver impactful and meaningful projects that enhance the well-being of clinicians and health care professionals. I am also pursuing an MBA with a focus on entrepreneurship and innovation at Clemson University, where I am learning how to apply business principles and strategies to solve complex health care challenges.
