- Manage daily operations of over 80 tutors placed in more than 20 partner schools throughout the Seattle Public Schools- Recruit, hire, train, and place tutors in our partner schools and manage the ongoing feedback and mentorship of these tutors as they work in schools throughout an academic year- In collaboration with our school-based site coordinators, I research, design, and facilitate training on various topics including math instruction, trauma-informed care in the classroom, race and equity.- In 2020, I coordinated and managed a full transition of our program to virtual education and learning support of local schools
