I was raised in the Valley of the Sun and returned here to practice law in 2011 when I joined Burch & Cracchiolo. I earned my J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2010 and my B.A.s from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University in 2007. At Burch & Cracchiolo, I focus my practice on litigation and appellate matters and revel in opportunities for persuasive writing, whether in a motion or brief to the court or in negotiation with opposing counsel. I represent clients with all types of business and partnership controversies, personal injury and malpractice claims, as well as real estate disputes and general liability litigation. After law school, I completed a year-long Sheldon Seevak Fellowship with Dēmos: A Network for Ideas & Action in Boston where I worked on campaign finance and National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) litigation and worked with the Prison Policy Initiative in efforts to end prison gerrymandering at the local, state and federal levels.While in law school, I worked on the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology, participated in Harvard’s Trial Advocacy Workshop, worked on the Boston Area Colleges Election Project, and interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office Health Care Fraud Unit in Boston.As an undergraduate student I served as a Judicial Intern in the Office of the Counselor to the Chief Justice at the Supreme Court of the United States and completed my senior thesis for Barrett, The Honors College on renewal of the minority language assistance provisions of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. I currently serve as a Co-Secretary on the State Bar of Arizona Civil Practice and Procedure Committee, aspiring to help ensure the rules we play by are fair for all.
