My job at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. allows me to do a variety of things. I focus mainly on Ecommerce initiatives, but also get to work on cross-functional teams supporting corporate initiatives.I am passionate about helping our customers succeed, and I leverage the voice of the customer in guiding priorities. I collaborate effectively with other associates, and seek opportunities to improve and grow the business. Together with my team we recently deployed many customer experience enhancements to one of J. J. Keller's digital platforms. It is exciting and energizing to share these updates with customers, and to receive positive response for continuous improvement.I value the uniqueness of my role and department, and that I get the opportunity to collaborate with nearly every other department within the organization. No two days are the same, and there are so many opportunities to contribute and learn!J. J. Keller is a diverse organization with many opportunities. Leadership is transparent, and very supportive of associate development. I feel valued and understand how my direct contributions affect the business. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, boating, hiking, and of course spending time with my family.
