I dabble in getting through the required inspection and clearance with the authorities using my business management experience.Exercising my business acumen, I developed and planned the execution of the various business models.I do also handle Partnership acquisition and talent scouting for the future expansion of the company. In short I've build up TKOJapan from scratch in a land foreign to me, entrepreneuring in Japan for a foreigner is tough but with this success it gives me an edge over many who tried and failed.Well versed in JIS/IEC/ISO, PSE standards in Japan.- Successfully launching the brand TKO Japan in Shizuoka, product is a Singapore manufacturer Electric Surfing Jetboard that is the first in Japan to get approval from the authorities.- Attending meetings with the Singapore makers and Japanese authorities, I was able to translate all Japanese requirements such as IEC/JIS/PSE/ISO9001/CE/UN38.3 into english and vice versa.- Creating workflow from scratch, point of sales procedures, documentation, safety, compliance and all related contracts to end users be it Rental B2B or Direct sales B2C.- Managing budget vs marketing and ads as well as live demo experience events.- Ensuring the Japanese translation does not go off tangent with the original english intention with the help of a talented translator.- Finally working with Japan’s Crowdfunding firm, successfully launched the campaign and debuted in Japan.

Created a safe space for freelance interior designers to work their magic while eliminating risks of them being defrauded by suppliers and clients alike.While not having any interior design background, I have strong interest in building things and even designed my own house in Singapore with the help of my team. This not only led to a stronger bond amongst my team, it also allowed me to learn all the entire processes, which in turn allowed me to analyze the relevant risk involved that my designers might be exposed to or undertaking.Unfortunately business have since closed down due to the negative impact of Covid and my relocation to Japan.

The team dynamics were relatively unique but yet within just a short 2 years we managed to get 2 working types of cards for the China market and the global market. Compliance Corporate trainer.Worked with IT vendors and my team to create the industry's first self validating Point of Sales system with compliance rules logic integration that allows law compliant only sales to be submitted, which it revolutionalized the way insurance was being sold in Singapore.
