I help people to feel they belong, connect with each other and get things done.For a long time, I tried to fit in and focus on promoting one part of my career or another, being the thing that seemed to be what other people wanted - It took a while to realise that it's all me and it's all important. So yes, I've worked as an actor and musician, I've sat through the messy grind of data analysis and performance measurement in public services, I've pushed the boundaries of media-making on the internet and practiced organising without organisations, while encouraging others to do the same. I've mingled with politicians and rockstars, drunks and people with dementia, and I love them all. Oh, and I've run my own business for more than 20 years so I know what commercial reality is too.But for those who need a bit more focus to understand...
