I have extensive experience in fields of business process management, integrated business planning, supply chain expertise and change management - helping businesses to improve and develop superior business functionality and implement change management and execution through strategic business planning and process. For the past 16 years, I have been a partner at Oliver Wight-EAME – through my company being part of the LLP. Since joining as an associate, I have become a designated member from which I was elected to be a Managing Partner. With over 6 years experience as a managing Partner I have also been elected onto the OWI Board.With Oliver Wight’s material I have supported companies with their transformation and / or improvement journeys, enabling the globally recognised Class A Standard for Business Excellence to be applied. Working this approach companies have seen many benefits such as people and behaviour change, sustainable performance improvement, inventory reduction, increased customer service, reduced firefighting with planned agility and improved / improving financials. As the Oliver Wight approach following the initial knowledge transfer through education is coaching / mentoring a sustainable partnership results. This enables an external mentoring capability which many customers find extremely beneficial as the external view is often more easily absorbed.Prior to my time in Oliver Wight, I have had 20 years’ experience in the rail industry with the design, development and manufacture of rolling stock. During this industry time I was initially involved with the production and assembly of vehicles eventually leading to more general management positions such as Vice President and Managing Director.
