Represents non-US banks, foreign branches, agencies, and representative offices before US Regulatory authorities; represents outbound clients in trade finance, documentary credits and cross border transactions in Latin America. Domestically represents financial and bank holding companies, member banks, thrifts, industrial banks, and credit unions in regulatory and transactional matters;

Served as General Counsel to Lehman Brothers Bank, FSB ($30 billion thrift); General Counsel to Lehman Brothers Commercial Bank, a Utah Industrial Bank; Lehman Brothers Latin American Resort Home Lending business; and Capital Crossing Preferred Corporation, a real estate investment trust. Served as Primary Regulatory interface with the Office of Thrift Supervision, FDIC, Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh, Federal Reserve, Commissioner of Banks, State of Utah.;

Served as managing counsel for Citibank's Latin American Consumer Bank; International Personal Business (non-U.S. private banking tiers), and Personal Banking for Overseas Executives (ex-pat business). Managed counsel in 14 jurisdictions, responsible for transactional matters; regulatory relations; M&A due diligence on targets throughout the region; new products; introduction of current Citi products in non-US jursdictions; Non-resident Indian business; Broker-dealer compliance for Puerto Rico broker-dealer;

Counsel that provided advice to supervisory and examination teams on banking law and regulation; managed the Vendor Management process for the Bank; resident Regulation K (International Banking) liaison; counsel for technology division; legal approval on applications for charters; new powers; change in bank control.
