My first job out of college is important to note because it paved the path to where I am at in my career today. I worked at a large insurance company as a claims representative on the national catastrophe team. I traveled around the country assessing auto and home damage caused by large storms. During that time, I met with hundreds of policyholders, who were often frustrated with the claims process. Over time, I realized that while great customer experience was table stakes, the end-to-end customer journey with that insurance company was ripe for improvement. I came to understand why customers switched to different insurance carriers. This realization ultimately led me to pursue a career in research and strategy. Today, my career centers on assisting companies in becoming customer-obsessed, which typically begins with helping them grasp customer needs and pain points. Curiosity and problem-solving are part of my DNA, and my mission is to aid businesses in creating, evolving, and promoting products and services that people cherish. My background in research, customer experience strategy, strategic planning, and analytics plays a crucial role in ensuring that brands yield valuable and meaningful customer outcomes while boosting business leads and revenue.I also enjoy managing and developing talented people.
