CurrentMy job role includes:• Events planning – Ensuring that there is a solid plan for what will take place when the event occurs and everyone who comes along has a great experience.• Events management – Making sure that the event goes to plan as it is taking place so the staff members attending the event can work to the bets of their ability.• Events promotion – Getting the word out about the event to ensure that as many people talk to us as possible to further increase the amount of potential business.• Merchandising – Designing and ordering various items of merchandise to benefit both our target audience and staff members to make us the talking point among the industry. • Email Communications – Creating various email communications prior to and post event in order to make sure that all interested parties benefited from the experience. • Reporting – Informing colleagues within my company on our progress as a company compared to our competitors so we can take the necessary actions to keep on top of matters.• Research – Gathering information first hand by attending events and visiting competitor websites to see what we can do to improve our professional image in the eyes of our target audience.
