Part of technology team that supports the Glendale Police Department at the City of Glendale• Promoted to Senior position for exceeding expectations in the areas of customer service, decision making, continuous learning, and teamwork. Part of a team that received the 2019 Meritorious Unit Award from Police Chief for positively impacting the Police Department• SME and technical expert for Police Applications including CAD (Computer Assisted Dispatch), Mobile CAD system used by Patrol, RMS (Police Records Management Systems), Jail Management System, Interfaces to various agencies (State and Federal) as well third party vendors, Real Time Crime center Command Central video surveillance systems.• Devise strategic and tactical solutions in conjunction with other Departments within the City, including City IT.• Recommend technology and solutions to Police Executives considering many factors including feature set, business need, internal capabilities, budget and overall strategic direction• Provide lead and direction to staff including training• Provide integration expertise for sharing data in Police Applications/Systems/Databases with internal departments/systems and external agencies systems• Application support for 911/Dispatch call center, Police Patrol, Police Records, Police Investigations, Police Detention/Jail, Police Forensics, Police Property/Evidence and Police Administration departments.• Work alongside City IT to facilitate projects for setting up new applications as well as managing/changing existing applications• Collaborate with vendors including Intergraph/Hexagon (CAD/RMS/Jail+Interfaces), Motorola (CAD/RMS/Jail+Interfaces/ILPS/ALPR), AXON (Taser, Evidence/Interview Room), Genetec (Omnicast/Security Center), Appriss (Victim notification) on initial system implementations as well as supporting/troubleshooting/enhancing existing systems
