I've been instrumental in modernizing outdated training material and migrating all of it to Sharepoint. I've spent the last year training new hires and revamping processes from the point of new hire orientation all the way through Quality Assurance for the Provider Services Call Center.Prior to that I worked as a Trainer and Learning Specialist with Nationwide Insurance helping train new hires in obtaining their Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance Licenses. I have guided all new hires through curriculum to turn them into successful, high yield sales agents across the 46 states we are registered.I have experience in the Virtual Training environment, with a focus in Adobe suite.After each training class, I updated and developed new training curriculum, created review material including gamification. I participated in several focus groups to roll-out new content, as well as reconstruct the learning material.The key to being a great trainer isn't the ability to train, but to facilitate a successful learning process.
