As Operations Manager, I was responsible for the business’ planning and execution of preventative maintenance, capital improvements and unit turns for all properties under management, locally and regionally.

As the first Regional Market Manager, I directly oversaw the stand up of Granite's "Regional Market" property management business segment. This was the first time Granite expanded outside of its core geographical market with the initial portfolio consisting of 3,000 Student Housing beds across 7 states.I worked directly with 14 on-site Community Leads to oversee the planning and execution of leasing, marketing, budgeting, and maintenance operations of each dedicated asset.
