Upon my graduation, I was promoted to Partner and Creative Director of the company. My role included but was not limited to the following duties and responsibilities: managing two store fronts, establishing platforms of company expectations and hiring employees who fall within the company culture. Additionally, I was in charge of all marketing concepts, promoting of social media sites and launched an E-Commerce website and blog. I managed and monitored all retail levels, running reports on weekly/monthly profit and sales numbers. Therefore allowing strategically balanced merchandise shipment scheduling, where I could take this information and develop buyer reports in preparation for each market buying trip. I attended monthly buying trips in Los Angeles, California and yearly conventions in Las Vegas, Nevada. Overall, I have developed knowledge and skills in sales, vendor relationships, marketing, retail and excellent customer service that will further my success in the next chapter of my career.

At U&I Boutique we seek to provide an inviting atmosphere to all of our customers by providing fashion-forward pieces, that each customer can use to reflect their own individual style and personality. We strive to provide genuine, one of a kind, customer service to each individual while showcasing a knowledge of current and future fashion trends. As store manager, I led a team to provide an enjoyable experience for our customers, unlike any other boutique. I created the company's employee handbook, policies and daily procedures. With having a team fulfill the company's goals, we built extensive relationships with our customers, executing continual growth in sales and long lasting customer loyalty. As manager, I was responsible for the day to day operations, including weekly schedules and payroll for employees. This was determined by conducting weekly sales reports, promotional marketing concepts and analytical reporting, while managing all aspects of inventory, merchandising, pricing and promotional markdowns. In addition to my roles as manager, I was a Senior Buyer, assisting with merchandise decisions and purchases for upcoming seasonal trends. I attended markets and conventions in California, Las Vegas and Atlanta.
