As someone with a scientific background, I’ve always been more interested in how we know things, rather than what we actually know. This disposition towards curiosity and adaption, and always asking ‘but why is it done that way?’ has served me well - leading me into a career within the Salesforce ecosystem, where I’m able to build better business processes and improve existing ones.I’m a skilled technology professional and team leader with over 10 years experience in administration, management and Salesforce platforms, with progressively increasing responsibilities within budgeting, project management, and operations. Currently, I hold responsibility for the entire spectrum of Salesforce solutioning from vision, architecture, design, UAT, and administration in order to optimize as a sales tool, as well as my organization’s operational engine and system of record. I really enjoy sinking my teeth into utilizing software to streamline business processes, making information more digestible and transparent, getting critical information out of endlessly-emailed-around spreadsheets, and generally making people's days more productive (and perhaps even more pleasant!) through Salesforce and related technologies. It’s my way of being able to help others do their best work, and it usually all starts with “tell me more about the problem you’re trying to solve…”.
