Lora Stephens is the Managing Director at Transform Consulting Group (TCG). TCG is a national strategic consulting and project management firm. We work with nonprofits, government agencies, education partners, & philanthropic organizations to solve complex challenges and drive meaningful change. I help the TCG team by supporting our staff and providing strategic leadership for the company. TCG helps nonprofits and partner organizations pull together research that demonstrates the need for their programs, determine how to evaluate their impact, and use what they learn to drive progress. In addition to improving their programs and operations, this empowers them to clearly articulate their impact to grant funders and donors, helping nonprofits to secure funding to sustain their organization. I have worked with nonprofits in the fields of early childhood education, homelessness intervention and prevention, and youth development. I have always been passionate about helping others. I volunteered in a variety of settings throughout high school and college, until becoming focused on education and improving the lives of children. Throughout my career, I have become increasingly interested in improving programs and policy.I enjoy working at TCG because of the many opportunities to improve programs and positively impact the lives of children in diverse communities.
