About Rose Johnson
Rose Johnson is a Project Consultant at Transform Consulting Group - a woman-owned consulting firm providing solutions for government, nonprofit, education, and community organizations to facilitate, build, and mobilize. She holds a Master of Public Affairs with concentrations in nonprofit management and public policy analysis from Indiana University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University, and a certificate in Fund Raising Management from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.Rose is passionate about youth-serving organizations who empower young people and their families and equip them with tools to improve their futures. She discovered this passion at a young age. She grew up going to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington and her experience there made a huge impact on her life. She is still involved with the organization today. Most recently, Rose served as the Director of Corporate and Foundation Giving at the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana, where she remains a dedicated volunteer. From direct service, to program development, to fundraising, youth development work has been a consistent focus in Rose’s varied professional and volunteer experiences.As a new member of the TCG team, Rose is excited about applying her experience and education to help organizations explore how data and research-based best practices can inform their efforts to make critical change in their communities.
