Job PurposeTo liaise with the Managing Director to help with the financial matters of the Company. Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:1. Create quotes, invoices and credit notes as required.2. To enter accounts onto Sage and produce reports as required3. To run an efficient credit control system4. To ensure that there is adequate cash flow to run.

• Responsible for the finance central closing activities of Iberia- Fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, P&L Analysis.
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts and resolve reconciliation issues
• Ensure adherence to internal controls
• Liaise closely with AR, AP and Rebate teams in the UK FSS and ensure all business issues from all these areas are reviewed with Iberia Management located in Spain and Portugal.

• Ensure the achievement of the month-end reporting deliverables and timetable.
• Prepare month-end accounts in accordance with standard.
• Carry out cost analysis, evaluate variances and manage cost accruals
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare analytical review and commentary for the Management Reporting Pack and present it to the business.
• Manage monthly reporting of Subcontractor, Permanent & Temporary resource utilized.
